Medela PersonalFit Flex is reusable and is compatible with the Swing Maxi Flex, Swing Flex and Freestyle Flex breast pump. It allows you to find the most comfortable and efficient position to express milk, even when the breast changes, making extraction a personalised experience. They make breastfeeding easier, allowing you to feed your baby with breast milk for longer. There are four sizes of funnel.

Indications
Medela PersonalFit Flexis designed to easily adapt to the shape of each nipple, stimulating milk flow and consequently prevents compression of the milk ducts. This makes it easier for each mother to find the most comfortable extraction position.

Medela PersonalFit Flex forms a 105° angle, improving the fit, to enhance milk flow The oval shape can rotate 360° to adapt to each mother's nipple shape. With soft, smooth, flexible rim and spill guard (closed system) so mother can express milk while sitting in a comfortable position. The size guide helps to find the right size for every mother. How to Use
Medela PersonalFit Flex should be in contact with the breast and nipple and should be connected to the Connector to apply vacuum with the breast and thus channel breast milk from the breast to the connector. Size Choice: Before starting the extraction, to choose the right size the diameter of the nipple should be measured, not including the areola. The correct size allows for a more precise and comfortable fit around the nipple. To place, the funnel should be held carefully against the breast, centring the nipple. In a correct fit, the nipple is centred and moves freely. In order to achieve an optimal level of suction, the vacuum level should be adjusted until maximum comfort is achieved. A different size may be required for each breast.The correct size of the funnel depends on the breast tissue and skin elasticity and may change over time during the extraction experience. The correct size avoids compression of the milk ducts during the extraction, provides optimal emptying of the breast and helps maximize milk production. The funnel should not be compressed too much to avoid blocking the milk ducts.
